Tail fell off….

I love Jack, Scarlett and Pearl, but sadly, the quality is lacking.
Hesitant to purchase more.
Tail fell off Pearl and jacks tail is now unattached,
My grandson does not rough handle these, he basically looks at them from afar.

I’m sure it’s nice, but I didn’t receive it.

Immediately after I placed the order via Facebook, I noticed that PayPal incorrectly listed my address as my old address, but I had already submitted the order. Without hesitation, I emailed the customer service email for Listener Kids and requested they change the shipping address. I even listed the order number. However, I never received an email in response, and the order shipped to the wrong address. Even if the shipping address wasn’t able to be changed, I would have liked to cancel my order. I’m a teacher and my students are OBSESSED with “I Am a C” with Jett. I wanted to surprise them this year with him. I would still like to receive my plush if possible.

Wonderful gift

Overall, Noah is well made. The only problem I have with this plushie is that since the top of his sandals aren't sewn directly onto his feet, they keep sliding off. I have to keep putting them back in place for my niece when she plays with this doll.
