App Cancelation

We are unable to cancel your subscription for you.  

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscriptions from your mobile device: 

  iOS device:

1. Open your Settings app.
2. Click on your name near the top.
3. Click Subscriptions.
4. Click Listener Kids.
5. Click Cancel Subscription.  

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

Google Play Store

1. Open your Google Play app.
2. In the top right, click the profile icon.
3. Click Payments & Subscriptions.
4. Click Subscriptions.
5. Select Listener Kids.
6. Click Cancel subscription.
7. Follow the instructions from there.
